Michael L Green is a real estate investment professional and an international entrepreneur with extensive experience identifying, structuring, and executing business and real estate transactions both domestically and abroad. He is the founder and managing partner of the Atlanta-based private equity real estate firm, Pansophy Capital Partners. At Pansophy, Mr. Green allocates capital to create, acquire and develop unique transit-oriented real estate opportunities, successfully executing more than $10MM in commercial and multi-family transactions.
Prior to Pansophy Capital Partners, Mr. Green was the founder and managing partner at G Prime Real Estate Group, a real estate brokerage firm. He has a proven track record as a business strategist with quantifiable success in implementing initiatives to achieve market share and profitability in challenging markets. His local and national political experience includes fundraising, coalition building and the promotion of civic engagement to develop solutions for the greater good via public policy. He was appointed by Mayor Kasim Reed as the youngest member of the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority and also serves consecutively on the City of East Point Housing Task Force. He is the Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for the Office of the Honorary Consul General of Botswana. Additionally, he is a member of the executive leadership team and board of Atlanta-based foundations, Kid Entrepreneurs Need Opportunities (KENO) Foundation and Legacy Keepers. Mr. Green received a B.S. in Business Administration from Morehouse College where he graduated with honors.
