About AFCRA

The City of Atlanta and Fulton County Recreation Authority is governed by its Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for overseeing the city and county's sports and recreation facilities. The men and women of the Authority Board are experienced and knowledgeable business and political leaders whose ties to Georgia run deep and strong. They bring to the Authority a unique understanding of the interests of residents and visitors and a commitment to enhancing sports and recreation in Georgia.
